    Press Kit Contest Winner
BZPowerFriday, July 9th, 2004 at 9:00pm by Rich, BZPower Administrator

The Knights Kingdom Press Kit winner is Takua11 Nuva. There were so many excellent entries it was very difficult to select one winner. While only Takua11 Nuva will be getting the kit, everyone that entered will be receiving a Chronicler Staff just for taking the time to put their thoughts on paper (once I finish shipping the other contest prizes, of course). The winning essay is below.

BIONICLE is one of the coolest things LEGO has ever produced. I like BIONICLE because you can build so much that system cannot. BIONICLE has such a rich story. Full of life and mystery, even sorrow. With BIONICLE you can do so much, use your imagination in ways you thought never possible! All the cool parts, all the neat connections! Oh, the possibilities... The masks, those are awsome! All poseable parts and cool features and actions each character can do. The elemental powers and the weapons are also very cool. How they are not just machine, but they are also Organic. The movies, the comics, the online games, the online movies, the commercials, the books, the toys, the collectibles. So many wonderful things!

Then we have the #1 BIONICLE site on the web, BZPower. I remember back before BZP was BZP. Back when there was Kanohi-Power and BZC. I remember back even before Kanohi-Power, when KP was a different site. I remember going to that site, and then the teaser for Kanohi-Power showed up, saying, “Kanohi-Power.com coming soon!” I was excited! Soon KP was online! The #1 BIONICLE News site. Then came the fusion of BZC and KP, and formed the ultimate force: BIONICLE ZONE POWER! It was increadible! Soon, more and more members joined, making BZP the #1 BIONICLE site on the web. LEGO then noticed this, and gave a link on their website, and doing many more things for BZP. BZP is a user friendly website. No worries about bad language, inappropriate material, flaming or anything else. BZP’s great Spaminators, the ST, Mods, and the Admins kept us in working order. BZP has got to be on of the most successful of all Message boards. When was the last time you saw a Message board that was this large, and could still keep every single last member in check?

On BZP we can do so much. Talk to friends, show MOC’s, Enter contests of all sorts, and even discuss BIONICLE and Non-BIONICLE stuff. It is the world where you can enjoy BIONICLE, and not get yelled at about it. It goes to show you, that even forty year-old men like BIONICLE!

I believe I should be given the honor to receive the genuine Press kit and be allowed to publish my own review on BZPower, the universes’s #1 BIONICLE and LEGO fansite, because I would work my hardest to make the best review ever. I would do my hardest to get people to like Knight’s Kingdom. I would show BZPower what a review should be like. I would blow you away with the awesomeness my review! It would be a privilege to do a Press Kit review on BZPower.com.

You will see the review of the press kit sometime next week. If you entered this contest, please send another email to [email protected] that includes your mailing address. Make sure you send the email from the same email address you used to submit your essay.
