Last week BZPower received a Knights Kingdom press kit from LEGO. The kit consisted of a Knight, an exclusive information sheet signed by the press representative for LEGO, and the small Knights Kingdom system set. Now, of course, we could review the kit, throw up a story, and call it a day. We’re going one-step further. We’re giving it away, and you have a chance to win it and review the kit on BZP. Details by reading on.

Here’s how it will work:

Essentially, this will be an essay contest. The essay must be at least 350 words and it must explain the following:

1) Why you enjoy Bionicle.
2) Why you enjoy BZP.
3) Why you should be given the honor to receive a genuine press kit and be given the ability to publish your own review on BZPower, the world’s #1 Bionicle and LEGO fansite.

The essays will be judged based on originality, clarity, heart, and overall flow. The winning essay will be published on BZP the day the winner is announced. I will be the sole judge of the contest.

In order to enter you must:

1) Have access to a digital camera for taking pictures of the kit.
2) Be a registered member of BZPower.
3) Be able to do the review of the kit within 48 hours of receiving it.
4) Live in the United States.

If you do not meet all four qualifications, please do not enter.

How to enter:

Submit your essay to [email protected]. Text emails only – all emails with attachments will be deleted and therefore you will have no chance of winning. Please be sure to include your age and your BZPower member name with your entry.

The entry period starts now and concludes at Noon on Tuesday, July 6, 2004. At that time the winner will be announced and the kit will be shipped express mail. From there it is all up to the winner.
