Conflicting release dates for new GBA Bionicle game

The release date for BIONICLE: The Game on the major game platforms seems to have firmed up (October 10), but the Gameboy Advance title has slid carefully under the radar. Even though the game's release date was set for this week, it's so far under the radar that we're not even sure it's been released or not.
We checked five different online video game sellers, and each had a different release or availability date. The game is rated "E" for Everyone, and has mild fantasy violence, according to the web sites.
The price is set for most at $29.99, but WalMart saves you a whopping $.02 at $29.97. And GameSpot is offering "pre-owned" copies of the game for $10 off - before it's released. In fact, GameSpot says the pre-owned games are "back ordered." Go figure.
EB Games: Preorders were to ship on Sept. 9, but is still listed as preorder status.
WalMart: Ships on or after Sept. 11.
Toys 'R Us (Amazon.com): Release scheduled for Sept. 12, but still in preorder status.
GameZone's GameShop:
Anticipated release date: Sept. 17
GameSpot: Preowned copies back ordered (now that's anticipation for you), for $19.99.
If anybody actually is able to purchase one, let us know from where.
