    Copper Huna at Blockbuster
Hot Bionicle NewsSaturday, August 30th, 2003 at 12:24am by Rich, BZPower Administrator

Heres some more Blockbuster video news. Blockbuster locations also have Toa Nuva sets bundled with a Copper Mask of Victory (Copper Huna.) The Copper Huna is attached to the can at the top. For details on price and just where to find these sets at your Blockbuster, read on.

Since we first reported on the Matoran/MoL combo packs yesterday, people have been writing in with Copper Huna tips and have also been stating that they cannot find the Bionicle sets at their local Blockbuster.

In the past day I have been to 7 Blockbuster locations, and 4 of the 7 have had the Bionicle sets, so it is really hit and miss. But if your store has the sets, you really have to look for them to find them. They just received these sets on Tuesday, so if your Blockbuster does not thave them yet, check back when Blockbuster gets their next shipment Tuesday afternoon.

2 of the 4 stores with the sets had them on the toy cart. They are hard to spot cause they are white and small, but they may be there. Another store had them behind the counter, and yet another store had them sitting on top of a soda machine.

You should really go to your local Blockbuster locations, because it is apparent that if you just call them on the phone and get a regular employee they will have no idea what you are talking about. I asked them point blank if they had LEGO or Bionicle toys, and 2 of the 4 people in the stores that had them gave me a blank look and told me they did not. When I came up to the counter with the sets they were as shocked that I had the sets as I was to find them.

Back to the Copper Hunas. They are bundled to all the Nuva in Blockbuster locations. It appears that each store got one of each Nuva, so if you want the best pick of Nuva, you had best get there quickly. They are $7.99 each.

There Rahkshi are also there for $9.99, but they come with nothing special bundled to them.
