It's time to call the results from BZPower's Best Bionicle Toa Bracket, Round 4. The people have voted, and the top Toa has been chosen. It is none other than 2004's Toa Lhikan! It was a very interesting bracket and I hope you all had fun following it. Read on for more insight, and stay tuned to BZPower for future Bionicle brackets. (I asked if y'all wanted more, and you said yes!)

The final three choices were all popular winners that had bested some tough competition. (Lhikan beat Onua Mata, and Takanuva defeated both Pohatu Mata and Kopaka Mata, while Tahu Mata held out against the likes of Norik and Lewa Mata.) I thought it was anyone's game, although I thought Tahu had the clear advantage. And in the first few days of the round, Tahu had a clear lead. And then more of the votes started coming in, and Tahu's lead quickly withered away as he fell into third place. Takanuva did quite well, always just a few votes away from the frontrunner. But once Lhikan took the lead, he maintained his staying power and stayed at the top. After a few days with no additional votes, I decided to call the game. With 85 participants, Lhikan came in first with 42.4% of the votes. The Metru builds showed their popularity in the end.

I was throwing out some random ideas when I suggested concepts for future brackets. Obviously voting on sets and characters would be idea, but there are a lot of ways to split those up. A lot of them were fairly popular, but Villain Canister Sets, Titan Sets, and Masks seem to be the popular choices, so I need to think of ways to put those together in brackets. (Good thing Dark Hunters and Locations are lower on the list; I haven't even brainstormed much about how I'd handle those. Although for masks, the question remains if I split them up by type or type and color. How many pictures do I really want to upload?)
