LEGO Employees Get Bigger Bonuses and Time Off

As reported by Bloomberg yesterday, over twenty thousand employees will get additional time off and bonuses across the board should see a boost. Hopefully this includes the many factory and retail workers who had to continue to go to their plants and stores during the pandemic and have certainly earned some additional compensation. In any event, it's always nice when companies reward employees and not just the executive leadership!
