    LEGO Signs Green Consumption Pledge
Hot Bionicle NewsPosted on Sunday, January 31st, 2021 at 8:57pm by Andrew, BZPower News Manager

This past week, The LEGO Group was one of five companies to join the European Commission's new Green Consumption Pledge pilot initiative. As part of the effort, they are committing to take action in at least three of five core climate action pledges and show measurable improvement by 2022. Lego has chosen:
    • To continue work to reduce their carbon footprint
    • To ensure that their climate data is easily available to the public
    • To promote sustainable practices to their external audiences.
You can read the full press release and get more information on the program on the LEGO website. This definitely seems like a fantastic goal, and we'll see how LEGO manages to follow through with it!
