Today in our continuing Toy Fair coverage we're looking at the Disney Princess theme. Featuring minidolls instead of minifigures, these sets bring you to the happiest place on Earth. This year they've introduced 'storybook' sets, which feature large clamshell book-shaped pieces that are held together with lovely pearl gold pin-bunshing-combos and have a new style of figure in them. To check out the storybooks and other sets on display, read on!

Growing up watching many of the movies these sets are based on, I'm always going to have a bit of nostalgia for the characters. The new figures are certainly adorable although they clearly lack articulation, even compared to a minidoll. I'm curious to see what the community ends up calling them and if they make it into other sets. Thanks for reading, make sure you check out the rest of our Toy Fair 2020 coverage!
