How a New Brick is Made
Hot Bionicle NewsPosted on Sunday, September 22nd, 2019 at 11:54am by Andrew, BZPower News Manager

If you built or looked really closely at 70827 Ultrakatty & Warrior Lucy! from The LEGO Movie 2 line of sets, you probably noticed something very interesting about Ultrakatty's face - it's made of a 1x5x2 brick. We don't usually see bricks in odd dimensions past three studs, so how did this design come about? Sara Skahill on the LEGO Ambassador Network recently posted the blog entry When Anger Breaks the Mold that describes the process LEGO designer Joe Coleman and the team went through to make it happen. It's quite an interesting read, so be sure to check it out!
