How a New Brick is Made

We don't usually see bricks in odd dimensions past three studs, so how did this design come about? Sara Skahill on the LEGO Ambassador Network recently posted the blog entry When Anger Breaks the Mold that describes the process LEGO designer Joe Coleman and the team went through to make it happen.
