For the past decade, something we've learned to always count on from LEGO is a new addition to their Winter Village subtheme of Creator Expert sets, and this year is no different. Today they are announcing 10267 Gingerbread House, which takes the sets in a bit more of a fantastical direction. The set contains 1477 pieces and will sell for $100 starting on September 18th for VIP members and October 1st for everyone else. I fell into the Winter Village subtheme a few years ago when LEGO kindly sent us a set - Santa's Workshop I think - and have been collecting ever since, so this is definitely a set I'll be adding to my collection. While the subject is a bit of a departure from what we're used to in the Winter Village, the set still looks great and has a ton of cool details and nice parts.
